I am available to speak on the topic of Wellness/fitness for your group or organization. I recently spoke at a FAWN (Finnish & American Women's Network) event where every person in attendance walked away with a better awareness of their body as well as actual simple take home exercises that they could apply immediately. I do not do boring... these talks are fun, educational and interactive.
