Debbi Fuhrman inspires, amplifies, and strengthens energy. As a meditation and awareness guide, she helps clients train their bodies and brains to release the power within. For Debbi, the practice isn't just about finding calm—it’s about revealing your true vibrancy.
A former elite gymnast and stage performer, Debbi is no stranger to the pressures of anxiety and perfectionism. After years of training in the gym, competitions, and auditions...Pushing ahead and just doing it, seemed natural, but didn't feel good. She came to realize that training the mind is a discipline just like training the body. Today, she teaches others how to step into their power and creativity and move away from less effective and fear-based choices.
Debbi believes that discovering your values and practicing self-kindness are essential skills that emerge through the inward journey. She views awareness not as another ToDo, rather as a conscious, joyful practice of be-ing.
An author and fitness professional, Debbi is a graduate of Brown University and the first gymnast to be inducted into the Brown Sports Hall of Fame. She holds accreditations from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is currently completing her mastery at the Meditation Teacher Academy under Sarah McLean.
Debbi is known as the resident glowbug and believes that learning how to manage your personal energy, helps create a more fulfilling and joyful life. Glow on and take that first mindful step.
Glow with the Flow.

I offer tailored classes and workshops on meditation, awareness, and fitness for individuals, groups, and organizations. My sessions range from high-energy movement and pranayama to restorative seated meditation.
Drawing on my professional background in gymnastics, dance, and performance, I help participants unlock the confidence and presence they already possess. Attendees walk away with practical tools they can immediately apply to their professional and personal lives.
Recent Highlight: I recently led an interactive event for the Finnish & American Women’s Network (FAWN), where participants gained deeper body awareness and simple, effective exercises to use at home.

Debbi established her career in New York City with early performances at the Paper Mill Playhouse and the John Harms Center before transitioning to the Broadway stage.
Throughout her career, she has blended athleticism with artistry, performing with the renowned gymnastic-dance company AntiGravity (notably at the Obama Inauguration) and representing King Features as the official Betty Boop. Her extensive television credits include serving as a stunt double and stand-in for Kelly Ripa (Hope & Faith), assisting Sherri Shepherd (Sherri!), and working alongside Amy Sedaris on At Home with Amy Sedaris.

Glow on and have a Beautiful Day!
